- Generate AI-assisted reports and assessments based on your inputs
- Respond to support requests and communications

4. AI Processing
The Platform uses Anthropic's Claude AI to assist in generating reports and threat assessments. When you use AI-powered features, the content of your form inputs and prompts is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested output and is subject to Anthropic's privacy and data handling policies.
We do not use your operational data to train AI models. We do not share identifiable customer data with Anthropic beyond what is necessary to process your specific request.
5. Location and Mapping Data
When you use the Platform's threat intelligence and mapping features, location data (addresses, coordinates) is transmitted to Google Maps APIs for satellite imagery, street view, and geocoding services. This is subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not store raw location query data beyond what is necessary to display results within your session.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication services, Netlify for hosting, Anthropic for AI processing, and Google for mapping services. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their services.
- Within your organization: Users within your organization who have appropriate role permissions may access operational data you create.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rockwell, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
7. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously, particularly given the sensitive nature of security operations data. Our security measures include:
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
- Database access is controlled through row-level security policies that enforce organizational data isolation
- Role-based access controls limit what each user can view and do within the Platform
- API keys and credentials are stored as server-side environment variables and are never exposed in client-side code
- Authentication is handled through Supabase's secure auth infrastructure
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@rkwlgroup.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies and Tracking
The Platform uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand Platform usage patterns — this data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.
11. Children's Privacy
